as well he work with different organizations to develop and spreading the culture of excellence by implement the Star rating system criteria as a auditor.
also he gained his experience after working with both Public & Private sectors, especially in (Excellence Awards) Customer Service. During my experience, he focused more on how to improve himself and Quality Management as it gave more insights on how best practices were created to ensure business effectiveness and continuity as well as he is certified green belt (Lean six sigma green belt ).
