EFQM 2020 Certified Internal Assessor Transformation Training
Pre-requisite: The participant must have taken a Certified EFQM Internal Assessor Training- IAT based on 2013 model.

Certificate: By end of this training the participant will obtain 2 certified EFQM certificate as Following:
1- EFQM 2020 Certified Foundation Training Certificate
2- EFQM 2020 Certified Internal assessor Transformation Certificate.
Training Description:
This training is a 2-day to upgrade the Certified Internal Assessors for 2020 Model. it’s a deep dive during which participant will be taken through its purpose and vision, the key concepts behind the changes, the amendments we have made and the red threads through each section. Participants will gain familiarities with the latest version of EFQM’s diagnostic tool (RADAR) and have the opportunity to practice e using EFQM’s new digital platform and its Assessbase. By end of the training the participants will be Awarded as EFQM 2020 Certified Internal Assessor.
