Trainer of Trainers, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 lead auditor, EFQM and DGEP assessor. I have extensive experience in individuals’ excellence coaching, research, surveys and opinion polls, ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and OHSAS 18001 systems.
Additionally I have a wide background in EFQM, 4th Generation of Excellence, 7 stars program, feasibility studies and business plans as well as strategic planning and corporate performance management.
In the last 3 years, my achievements included:
- Consultant and coach in qualifying 7 candidates from Dubai Police and Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) to win Dubai Government Excellence Program medals. This included assessing candidates, drafting improvement plans and offering over 700 coaching hours to follow up progress and support preparations for impressive presentation. I have also prepared 5 world class case studies based on best practices (Harvard Business School) and trained the candidates on them.
- Project manager and senior analyst in SAAED stakeholders’ happiness surveys project. It included designing 10 questionnaires, analyzing the results of over 8,000 responses, preparing 10 detailed reports and presentations, conducting root cause analysis for over 100 areas for improvement and drafting improvement plan.
- Qualifying ADUKG to win CSR Arabia Award- Small and Medium Enterprises Category.
- Lead consultant in qualifying National Archives of the UAE to get 5 STARS EFQM Recognized for Excellence (R4E) status. National Archives is one of only 4 organizations in the UAE to get this recognition. I was managing every detail in the project, including closing the opportunities of improvement resulted from the initial assessment, reviewing and improving their methodologies, designing their performance indicators, designing and analyzing their satisfaction surveys, and drafting their submission form for the award (including enablers and results matrices).
- Upgrading the quality management system in Abu Dhabi University Knowledge Group (ADUKG) from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015.
