Dr. Taghreed Abu-Salim has over a decade of experience in excellence in service delivery process with a
strong focus on e-services in government sector and now in smart services. She has
distinction of being associated with industry as well as academics on a continues basis.
During her PhD in Cranfield university in UK, she was involved in developing service design
process for new business model (Product service system/PSS).In the last two years she
successfully managed to do consultancy in service industry to assess the quality of service
provision, and understand more about the impact of UAE culture on service excellence.
